Compact high precision gauge for pipes from 1/4″ and vessels
Hygienic pressure measurement for pharmaceutical industry – even for small pipe diameters.
- Long-life technology with wear-free mechanical system.
- Process connection Tri-Clamp ¾”, 1″, 1.5″.
- Autoclavable version with CPM.
- Adjustment of Zero at any moment.
- Conforming to 3-A Sanitary Standard.
From now on with the EK a hygienic pressure gauge with a housing diameter of 63mm is available that offers the customer a Tri-Clamp ¾” and 1″ connection. With the CPM system, this pressure gauge can also be installed in pipes with diameters of 1/4″. This very compact pressure gauge was specially developed for a growing number of applications that need both – a small housing diameter as well as a compact, very precise, hygienic process connection.
High-precision monitoring of the process pressure and reliable protection against contamination in the running process are decisive criteria in pharmaceutical and biotechnical applications.
The long-life technology of the pressure gauge series EM, EK and MAN considerably increases both measuring sensitivity and lifetime. The wear-free mechanical system ensures a measuring accuracy of up to ±0.25 % of the full scale over many years. The efficient hydro-mechanical damping provides reliable protection even with pronounced pressure shocks.
In addition, the diaphragm has a multiple protection for a long service life, for example by high material quality of sensor and diaphragm, controlled welding in our own factory by specialists and a recessed position to prevent damage.
The two-point adjustment of zero point and span, which makes re-calibration easily possible at any time, avoids early replace-ment and increases the durability significantly. The already attractive purchase price combined with a prolonged product life leads to a very favourable cost of ownership.
